Blue Paint Colors for Girls Room

When I found out I was pregnant with a girl, I knew there was one thing she wouldn’t have – a pink room, pink clothes, pink this pink that. I wanted a little funky Punky Brewster in her style. I know I know, she will decide what she likes, but until then, I may live my childhood style dreams vicariously through her.
With that, came her room. I wanted to go with the Blue Paint Colors for Girls Room but I knew I had to be careful. So it wouldn’t be to boyish, I wanted to either go bold with turqoise based blues or the other extreme and go light with gray based blues. Through my search, I found many great options for girls. At the end here are some actual pics of her room in progress.

On her accent wall I opted for the light gray by Benjamin Moore – Gray Owl.

Then on the remaining 3 walls I was going with Yarmouth Blue (as you can see) and I just wasn’t feeling it.

So I changed it to Woodlawn Blue and fell in love with the color combo.
