Last week I posted a home staging project and I got a few DM’s about accessorizing coffee tables and where I shop. Even though there are so many online shopping options, I still shop for all my accessories at local stores, because I need to actually feel the pillows or know the true size of figurine and color. So I thought I share some of my coffee table styling tips and where to buy.

I have always gotten ask where I purchase many of my accessories. Like many, I do depend on some of my local retailers:
1 – Home Goods (But thruthfully, this can be a hit or miss, sometimes I walk out with nothing.
2 – Kirklands
3 – Designer Showrooms like Walter E. Smithe, Ethan Allen or Room & Board: Here is a secret: at least twice a year they have clearance on their accessories (they furniture NOT accessories) and they have to change them out, so when I see the big clearance sign on their store window, I run in.
4 – A local boutique called Share in Wilmette
5 – Antique Shops: I love these place cause you can find that quirky item
6 – Etsy: I buy a lot of my brass figurines off of Etsy
