Thank you Cost Plus World Market For Sponsoring This Post, as always, all opinions are 100% genuine and my own
A New Year means changes, resolutions, or goals and I definitely have one. To lose weight. Ugh, hate putting it out there but it has to happen. I should say, I am 6 pounds down. Silent applause. I want to lose weight without any supplements or powders, but as natural, as organic and safe as possible. So far so good and if this thing I am doing is a success, THEN, I will share the secret program. In the mean time, I also need to get active and that doesn’t mean moving furniture around. I use to play tennis, I even played for my high school. But stopped when I got married and had kids. Story of our lives.
So, what better way to get motivated to play again, then with the Australian Tennis Open. I remember in high school I use to sit and watch Wimbledon and other matches for hours. I loved it. I mean I grew up watching Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras and the famous well-tempered Joe McEnroe. Classic.
This year, Cost Plus World Market is launching the Australian Open Sweepstakes, literally someone will win a trip to Australia to watch it in person. In the mean time, I thought I have a couple tennis gals over and we take one day off our diet, ahem, I mean lifestyle change, and enjoy the treats World Market has to offer.
We all know you can walk into Cost Plus World Market and find special drinks, candy, and delicatessens from around the globe at your fingertips. So I knew when I needed some Australian treats and drinks this would be the place. Australian wine was easy, Penfolds, perfect body to add to some delish chocolates. Tim Tams are my new favorite wafer, seriously! One great thing about these treats, they have more natural ingredients and less crazy chemicals than our cookies and treats sold in America, so at least I knew I was staying somewhat healthy. And if all else fails, nothing a little sweet licorice couldn’t fix.
I did learn that Australia makes a very popular ginger beer. So you know what that means….Moscow Mule Time! As you can imagine, this one day off the “diet” and some delish drinks and treats will make for a fantabulous tennis open! Oh, and don’t forget to enter to win a trip to Australia!!! All information below.

These posts always make me hate living in a small town. We don't have Cost Plus or Homegoods anywhere near us, unless you drive an hour or two. I adore all this unique home decor, and watching tennis while drinking a Moscow Mule sounds amazing.
