I recently got a unique home staging client. Unique in the way that it is the best type of client. Basically a great young couple in the city need to sell the bachelor pad. They have a bunch of gift cards and merchandise credit from Macy’s. Remember those days, wedding registry’s and all that fun. So, they asked me to pick out the furnishings from Macy’s that they can use immediately for staging, but would have the option to transfer it to their soon to be new home. Check out this Home Staged Living Room
The kicker is that they don’t have a new home yet. So they wanted pieces that can go into the new space, but maybe not all in the same room. You know, the loveseat in an office, the wingback in a master bedroom, the rug in a family room or bedroom etc etc.
I had fun with this project cause I really got to pick transitional, literally transitional pieces, that could stand the test of “space.”
Oh and even better news. They still have $50 on a gift card to spend. I told the newlywed wife to head to the SHOE department.
Want to grab the pieces, just shop the look below.

Good idea! Because of what you have here, I suddenly think that I could make use of our old patio furniture as a living room decoration as well. I mean look at this one it's like a library-inspired living room.
