I am always asked, “what are your top favorite Gray Home Staging Paint Colors?” Many times I prefer not to answer because each space is different; lighting, carpeting, furnishings, and flooring all play a part in deciding which colors will work best for each space.
Also, one major factor when it comes to staging properties is keeping up with current buyer trends. I am always vigilant in asking the realtors or homeowners about the potential buyers market for that home and making sure color trends for that demographic are going to be used.

But, I wanted to share my current faves and trending colors if you are staging your property this Spring, but remember, this is not always the same when styling your home, for that, I have another list of my favorite gray paint colors here.
I love Ozark Shadows when light and space permits. It has such an elegant dark tone but you have to be careful that your space can handle it. You can click the image to see more of this home or keep reading to see my other top 5 Gray Home Staging Colors
I love Revere Pewter for many spaces and homes. I love that it will always give that perfect shade of gray, even when I take it into a more traditional home OR a space that has touches of modern. It always works.
Edgecomb gray is my go to gray when I have,
1- a client that “doesn’t want gray.” Even though they are moving they still care about the color choices or
2- The property is too natural and needs a more beige type gray.
Thunder is a warm gray that I like in a master bedroom or an office space. It goes great with white trims and can make a large cold room feel warm with natural tones too.
Northern cliffs is a great hue but you must be careful how it works with your furnishings. If you have a lot of greens or yellows it won’t compliment well.
Anyhoo, those are my top 5 home staging colors for this Spring BUT it doesn’t mean I won’t use any of my other favorite grays or whites! You can read all my favorite gray paint colors here or stay tune for my favorite whites coming soon.

Hi Keki! Call me debbie downer but I used Revere Pewter once in a bathroom with no window for a client. Don't hate it but don't love it either. And sheesh everywhere you turn, "guaranteed Revere Pewter is the perfect gray" and the client was so excited about it. It kind of has a boring beige feel to me. Maybe I'll try it again one day with different lighting. Happy Monday 🙂

oh no Mary Beth. I LOVE Revere Pewter. Truly a great color for a large space with a lot of natural light, like in the photo above. I don't think I have ever used it in a bathroom with no windows. Pretty sure I have never even used it in a powder room or large bathroom. It's more of a living room/family room color. It is a subtle color and for bathrooms with no natural light I would definitely go with stronger colors, like I did here https://www.homewithkeki.com/2014/03/powder-room-makeover.html

Hope that helps!
