SO, Potterybarn stole my look, I swear my master bedroom light fixtures were installed late last Fall and yesterday I got the Potterybarn catalogue with my room in it. okay, well, not literally, but pretty darn close. You might remember, but we finally got to start on our master bedroom design, or more like, a master bedroom update to give it a fresh new look. With the room finally painted I got to pick out some light fixtures. I wrote about my top choices for the master bedroom ceiling light fixtures in October and I finally picked one. You can read about it all here. I needed to decide on our night stand lamps. I knew I didn’t want the traditional table lamp.
Master Bedroom Light Fixtures
Truthfully, I just hated how much room these lamps can take up on night stands so I knew I wanted lamps that would attach to the wall. Not sconces but swing arm lamps.
Potterybarn now sells a similar version. BUT, I swear they didn’t have it before as I would have possibly considered it.

Okay, so check out what I actually picked for my own space.
Tah-dah! Right, great minds think alike
Oh, and guess what, I completely installed it all on my own. Like 100% no help, installed it by myself. So if you are interested in an attached swing arm lamp, don’t be nervous about the install. IT was easy peasy.
After much deliberation I decided on the Addison Antique Brass Swing Arm Wall Lamp and I absolutely LOVE IT!
It is a strong and sturdy lamp with a great finish, not those fake looking painted finishes.
Anyhoo, my husband got one too!
Just kidding, I wouldn’t buy just one. I just adore it!!

If you are considering a swing arm wall mount lamp for your bedroom I say, DO IT! Here are some other options.

I love those sconces. And they are not hard-wired, right? You just need a plug? Lovely, no wonder why PB stole your look 😉

HI Mary Beth! lol! Thanks so much. Yes you just need a plug no hard-wired lights here. As a stager I always think about those things.
