I recently had a client with exquisite taste. The moment I entered the home I noticed art, rugs, chandeliers that are of a certain caliber.” I am my father’s daughter and he has taught me his love for persian rugs.  So, the instant I walked into this clients home, I saw the priceless rugs and chandeliers.

This property had tried to sell “as is” numerous times and it was time for a change. Now, any buyer would have been lucky to buy this home with the rugs and chandeliers, but the home owners were planning on taking it all with them. So, it was time to begin creating a more neutral space for the buyers.

Notice how we netrualized chandeliers with more modern trendy pieces. We also exposed more of the beautiful hard wood floors.
